Creating an online account automatically enrolls you in our EURO-HORSE Loyalty Rewards Program.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 loyalty point for every €1 spent (excluding shipping costs).
What can I do with my loyalty points?
In your account, click on "Rewards" to see all available discounts and free products you have earned.
Our rewards may change over time, so be sure to check regularly for new offers.
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your current loyalty points at any time by logging into My Account and selecting Rewards.
To continue collecting points, please always use the same email address and phone number for every purchase.
If you need to update your details, simply contact us by email.
How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Log in to your account and place your order.
During checkout you can choose to redeem your loyalty points for:
€5 discount
€25 discount
€50 discount
If you'd rather redeem your points for a selected free product, simply add that product to your shopping cart. You'll automatically receive the option to exchange your points during checkout.
The "Rewards" section doesn't load
If the Rewards section doesn't open immediately, simply click the small arrow next to Rewards to expand the menu.

Can I earn loyalty points on purchases made in-store, at horse shows or during saddle fitting consultations?
Absolutely!
Purchases made in our retail store, at our exhibition stands, in our mobile stores and during saddle fitting consultations all qualify for loyalty points.
Just remember to always use the same email address and phone number.
Terms & Conditions
You may redeem one discount or one selected free product per purchase.
MAYO products and shipping costs are excluded from the Loyalty Rewards Program.
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
EURO-HORSE reserves the right to modify rewards and program conditions at any time.
