By its controllable temperature in the coolingpads you have no risk of frostbites and you do not need to put a tissue in between the coolingpad and the treatment area.

Tests in the university have proven that the inflammation value in the blood drops 14 times better than the same treatment with ice and cold packs. Penetrating 3 cm into the tissue causing a 10°C difference after 15 minutes while ice only penetrates 4 mm.
