The Equi-Soft® Saddle Cinch is an innovation for horses and riders that offers a unique combination of benefits:
Elastic Rings: The elastic rings of the Equi-Soft cinch expand and contract with the horse's breathing, ensuring constant and uniform pressure distribution. This allows the horse to expand its chest comfortably.
Uniform Pressure Distribution: The cinches ergonomic and fan-shaped design wraps around the chest from below and slightly to the sides, offering freedom of movement while significantly reducing girthiness.
Stress Reduction during tightening: The elastic rings of the Equi-Soft reduce cinch pressure, minimizing stress levels in the horse.
Lower Heart Rate: A scientific study on various cinches demonstrated that all horses showed a significantly lower heart rate when using the Equi-Soft girth.
This cinch has been tested and improved by Tiara van Dongen and Orangeisthenublack for the last year. She really likes the changes it brought on all here trainings horses but especially the reining mare; Orangeisthenublack (owned by Paulus Beurskens and Gisela Haas). She has more movement overall but especially in her turns. This western cinch by Stubben has been at the award ceremony with ''Orange'' already more than 5 times last year.
How to put on the liner correctly? First, attach the cover of your choice to the cinch while keeping the cinch curved, just as it would be on your horse. Make sure that the front of the cinch, especially the corners, is covered by the liner. For proper use of the Equi-Soft cinch, ensure that the cover is correctly positioned on the cinch, and the holes are free.The centre of the cinch must be placed centrally on the horse's girth line. For optimal pressure distribution, even the cinch on both sides is recommended.The cinch should also not be pulled too tight, otherwise it will hinder the expansion of the rib cage. Tip! By using an offside latigo you make it easier to adjust the cinch precisely in the middle.
